I do this kind of workout from time to time when I feel I have neglected my abs a bit. Instead of the usual exercises I neglected my stomach a little bit to destroy it completely at the end:Īll sets up to muscle failure and only 30 seconds break in between. I am wide awake, have already done some tasks and had enough time for myself.Ĭircuit training destroyed me today. Then I have done everything important to start my day completely awake and ready.
